Options |
- Alternate foundation type - Our plans come standard with either, a
concrete slab on grade foundation or a post and footing foundation. To change from the
foundation that is standard for the desired plan, to either a crawlspace, basement, or
concrete slab on grade - add $150.00

- Blueprints - Additional sets - add $50.00 each
Standard Sets: How many sets do you need? Minimum is typically five sets of plans
distributed as follows:
1 Set - Owner
1 Set - Lending Company for conventional loan
2 Sets - Builder
1 Set - Building Department (for permits)
Additional Sets: Additional plan sets may be required, for example:
2-3 Sets - For the lending company if for a VA or FHA loan.
2-5 Sets - Some builders prefer additional sets of plans to distribute to subcontractors.
3-4 Sets - Building Department (for the State of Hawaii)

Design Drawings |
- Design Drawings Available: All you pay is $75 for a mini-review set
showing exterior elevations, floor plans and a cross section. Design drawings show basic
design information and provided as preliminary design review. Design drawings do not have
building information and are not suitable for construction

Additional Services |
- Customize your classic home selection to your own requirements: Feel
free to customize your home plan selection. Send us a sketch of what you have in mind. We
will review your request and give you an quote of the time and costs of your custom home
selection. If you need a base plan to start with, feel free to make a print of drawings on
our web site, indicate the changes you would like to make (on the print out) and send us a
fax at (808) 528-1799.
- Site Plan: If you would like us to include a site plan customized to
your own lot, with your package, send us a sketch of what you have in mind, all the
pertinent property information and we will send you the cost and time of including a site
plan with you drawing package. Don't forget to indicate the location of your home
selection on your property sketch. For more information on what information is needed to
provide a proper site plan drawing, go to our sample site plan.
This site includes an drawing that will give you an idea of what information is needed to
provide a custom drawing.
- Fees for Additional Services: Fees for additional services are quoted
upon request. Price quotes are based on the time and costs of customizing your home
selection. Hourly rates are:

Drafting $45.00 per hour
