Customizing Your Home Designs Semi-Custom Home Design We can tailor any of our homes to meet your
needs. Enlarging rooms, adding decks and porches, changing windows, modifying garage
orientation or size, etc. are just a few of the changes we can make for you. We perform
customization services on an hourly basis. . Add A Site Plan. We can provide a site plan with your building selection located on your property. Send us, along with your order, legal meets and bounds of your property (example: 60 feet 90 degrees North, 100 feet 180 degrees East, etc.) , all property restrictions, conveyances, set backs, etc. and a sketch of where you'd like the building located on the property and we will give you a price quote for including a site plan with your building plans. We perform customization services on an hourly basis. |
